OUR SULTANIC JOURNEY BEGINS

First Sultans was started as a marathon. Over 300 Tango lovers from the all around the globe joined the event. It was highlighted as one of the most sensational events of 2014. 11 DAYS OF SULTANS

1 Orchestra, 7 Maestros, 11 Days, 21 DJ’s, 150 Hours of dancing, 1000 Tango lovers … After the first successful event. We decided to do something super crazy and planned a 11 days of Tango event. Which made the Sultans, the longest Tango event of 2016.1 Orquesta, 7 Maestro, 11 Days, 21 DJ’s, 150 Hours of dancing become together during the event. More then 1000 of Tango lovers joined the event and lived the privilege of being a Sultan/Sultana. By 2022, we decided to make Sultans twice a year. In Summer time marathon and in winter time marathon & festival. Georgia Priskou and Loukas Balokas from Greece were with us from the first Sultans and will be with us till our final edition. They are the founders and head teachers of Tango Fix Athens. Their teaching is based on the understanding of the basic dance elements and they always seek to provide our students with the necessary tools to create their own dance, through a fun method. They emphasize not only the technique but also help the students to understand the general philosophy and culture of Argentine tango.
